Stacy Castro

I’ve lived in the new river valley for the last 16+ years, and have also spent some of my life living in the greater Los Angeles area, as well as the Tidewater region of eastern Virginia.  Living in a place like LA has given me a special perspective on those from other parts of the world as well as those that have a hard time finding a place of their own to call home.  My husband and I met at Virginia Tech and our time in Blacksburg has given us a love for the area, and an excitement to help Sequioa help others find sustainable living in this area. I have over  20 years of experience in accounting and finance from the corporate sector.  In my “spare time” I am committed to investing in our community.  I currently sit on the board of 3 non-profits in the New River Valley, and my husband Jed and I looking for ways to give back to our community.
